BP800 - Leaflets - Troubleshooting




The device will not send data over the mobile network while charging with a USB cable.


Measurements taken while charging will be stored in the device memory. After charging is completed, these stored measurements must be sent manually as follows:

  • Press the RF button (3) - the device will show PCL on the screen, starting up the connection to M+ Hub and sending the unsent measurements on the device



Error 71 - low voltage to transmission module

May indicate a low voltage caused by a large current consumption during data transmission. If the error continues to occur:

  • Remove the battery and wait a few minutes for the device to completely discharge (this should reset the device and clear the error)
  • Replace the battery and measure again

Error 77 - low or no network signal

Indicates low or no signal from the mobile network. You can check the signal strength as follows:

  1. Press and hold the RF Button for 10 seconds. The device will begin transmitting and display the signal strength value.
  2. Move the device to a location with a signal strength value of 7 or more.
  3. Try to measure again.
